After the huge success of the "Sardinia Night", Friday 26th of February, IKIS will dedicate his regional event to Puglia: the heel of the boot.
Let's meet at Midjordbydelshus to discover the traditions, the music, and some food specialties of this land rich of history due to the different historical dominations: Norman, Swabian, French and Spanish.
During the night, we will present videos and pictures about this large region, and we will taste local foods and flavors. Last but not the least, a professional dancer will perform a demostration of apulian folk dance and it will involve all of us.
