JULEBORD "All'italiana" 2017

As a well established Christmas tradition, we want to spend some great time together exchanging wishes, eating good Italian food and playing Tombola with rich prizes.

The Julebord "all'italiana" 2017 will be a family event where anyone can participate. The dress code is elegant casual, and for the kids there will be a babysitting service.

After the huge success of the Campania Night, Stefania and Fabio will be back, to prepare for us an Italian dinner with the same fantastic standard as in their "food laboratory" Jamme Ja in Berlin (http://www.jammeja.de). Check also their place on TripAdvisor for some great pictures that will stimulate your appetite. As usual vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available.

Come da tradizione, anche quest’anno lo “Julebord all’italiana” sarà un momento comunitario per scambiarsi gli auguri, giocare a tombola per vincere ricchi premi e mangiare tanto buon cibo italiano. 

Per l’occasione, dopo il grande successo del Campania night, Stefania e Fabio torneranno per preparaci la cena, che per la prima volta sarà cucinata da cuochi professionisti (il loro “food laboratory” a Berlino si chiama Jamme Ja: www.jammeja.de). 

Per i più piccoli sarà disponibile il servizio di Baby-sitting.

Som en veletablert juletradisjon ønsker vi å tilbringe en god tid sammen med å spise god italiensk mat og spille Tombola med rike premier og ønske hverandre God Jul.

Etter den store suksessen av Campania Night, vil Stefania og Fabio være tilbake for å tilberede en italiensk middag med samme fantastiske standard som i deres "matlaboratorium" Jamme Ja i Berlin (http://www.jammeja.de). Som vanlig vil vegetariske og glutenfrie alternativer være tilgjengelige. 

Kleskoden er elegant og uformell. For barna vil det bli en barnevakt.

MENU 

  • Welcome drink (offered by IKIS);
  • Starters - Bites of fried cod - Filled Focaccia with vegetables, olives and capers;
  • First courses : Fish lasagna - Another first dish TBD;
  • First course for vegetarians: parmalasagna (lasagna with fried aubergines);
  • Second course: Salsiccia napoletana (Neapolitan sausage) cooked in white wine, served with baked potatoes spiced with rosemary;
  • Second course for vegetarians: Aubergine patties cooked in tomato sauce, served with baked potatoes spiced with rosemary;
  • Desserts : Babà (typical cake from Naples) - Panettone - Caprese cake.
  • Espresso or Norwegian coffee


We have asked our experts to select Italian wines to pair with the food above. Wine can be bought by the glass or in bottles: 

Red or white wine : 50 kr (glass)

Red or white wine : 200 kr (bottle)
