Italian wine and cheese tasting
This time the focus of the evening will be around Italian wine and cheese.
The journey will be guided by two guests: the dairy producer Renzo Bettiol from Roncade (Italy), and the Italian sommelier Francesco Marzola, residing in Voss (Norway).
Renzo produces fresh and seasoned cheese in his dairy farmer in Veneto.
Francesco is one of the best sommelier in Scandinavia and director of the biggest wine cellar in Norway with more than 3800 labels.
During the evening we will taste 5 (five) different wines and cheeses and learn more about their history.
This will be a closed event with obligatory registration, open to IKIS members for 450 NOK and to non members for 600 NOK.
